Meal prep!
On the menu this week:
Mark: Turkey Meatloaf cupcakes with sweet potato frosting (He said they’re awesome but I can’t stand meatloaf so I’ll be taking his word for that.) (recipe: http://bit.ly/1pNsAjm ) + green beans + quinoa/brown rice + cottage cheese
Tyra: Cod, asparagus and quinoa/brown rice + cottage cheese OR Tuna + cucumber + avacado
Breakfast: Kodiak cakes made with eggwhite instead of water + whey protein powder + chia w/almond butter and honey
Also, egg white / spinach loaf
Snacks: Quest bar and fruit or string cheese + ostrim + fruit or mango protein shake
