Meal Prep!
I was strapped for time this week and frankly, a bit pooped. Happy that this one only took me 50 minutes, start to finish. 🙂
• Egg casseroles: egg whites, spinach and bacon baked
• Ground turkey, asparagus, black beans and peppers
• Aidells chicken sausage (a new one with cheese and kale) + black beans and asparagus
• Ground turkey, green beans and sweet potatoes
• Pasta with tomatoes, chicken, spices + an Aidells chicken sausage with kale
