Squat 1 minute 30 lb barbell
Run 1 minute fast. 8-9

Exercise ball (gray)
1 minute feet on ground, roll ball out with hands to forearm plank, then roll back in to standing
1 minute feet on ball, roll ball in (tuck) to chest and back out
1 minute (30 seconds each leg) single leg squat with one leg on the ball
1 minute hands on ball, plank try to push up a little.
