This week, I made it easy.
Here’s what’s in each container:
~~4 oz of 99% lean ground turkey. Browned on the stovetop and seasoned with mrs dash tomato basil garlic seasoning
~~100 grams baked sweet potato
~~1/2 cup mixture brown rice/quinoa
~~1/2 cup green beans or asparagus
~~Pinch of red/orange/yellow peppers
