I’ve had some questions regarding what kind of shakes I make.

To be honest, since I’ve cleaned up my diet, I haven’t been making shakes. I’m trying to get everything from food alone.

Doesn’t mean I am against them, and really if I have a sweet craving it’s the way to go.

Especially in the summertime.

I use Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Powder. It’s low carb and I like the flavor.

Here are the shakes I make:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving frozen fruit. I use the tropical fruit from Costco
  • 1/2 packet orange crystal light drop in
  • 6-8 oz water
  • Blend

Chocolate/Peanut butter

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 TBSP PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 6-8 oz water
  • Blend

I’m all about quick, simple and easy. 🙂
