I’ve had some questions regarding what kind of shakes I make.
To be honest, since I’ve cleaned up my diet, I haven’t been making shakes. I’m trying to get everything from food alone.
Doesn’t mean I am against them, and really if I have a sweet craving it’s the way to go.
Especially in the summertime.
I use Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Powder. It’s low carb and I like the flavor.
Here are the shakes I make:
Vanilla/fruit
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving frozen fruit. I use the tropical fruit from Costco
- 1/2 packet orange crystal light drop in
- 6-8 oz water
- Blend
Chocolate/Peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 TBSP PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 6-8 oz water
- Blend
